Cancellation Policy

 
 

Thank you for choosing Whitewater Attainment. Significant planning, staffing, and preparation go into every course and day of private instruction. Instructor schedules, logistics, equipment, and minimum enrollment requirements are often arranged well in advance, making last-minute changes difficult to accommodate. Additionally, when a participant cancels, it may leave a space that cannot be filled.

By registering with Whitewater Attainment, you agree to the cancellation policy outlined below. Please contact us if you have any questions.

ACA Courses Cancellations

Due to limited enrollment, instructor staffing requirements, certification requirements, and minimum participant numbers required to run ACA courses, all ACA course registrations are non-refundable and are not eligible for rain check. Once registered, participants who cancel or fail to attend an ACA course will forfeit all payments made. This policy applies regardless of when the cancellation is made. This policy applies to Instructor Certification Workshops (ICW), Instructor Updates (IU)

Skills Courses or Private Instruction
Participant Cancellations

30+ Days Prior to Course Start

You may choose one of the following:

  • Reschedule space permitting

  • Receive a rain check for the full amount paid

  • Receive a refund less a 15% administrative fee

30-8 Days Prior to Course Start

You may choose one of the following:

  • Reschedule space permitting, plus a 10% processing fee

  • Receive a rain check for the full amount paid, plus a 10% processing fee

  • Non refundable

7-0 Days Prior to Course Start

  • No option to reschedule

  • No option to receive a rain check

  • Non refundable

No-Shows

Participants who fail to attend a course without prior notice will forfeit all payments made and are not eligible for a refund, or rain check.

Rain Checks & Rescheduling 

  • Rain checks are valid for one (1) year from the original course start date

  • Rain checks may be applied toward any Whitewater Attainment course with available space

  • Rain checks are redeemable for the value originally paid. Participants are responsible for any price difference on higher-priced courses, and no refunds or credits will be issued for lower-priced courses.

  • Once a rain check has been issued, it may not be refunded, transferred, reissued, extended, or exchanged for cash.

Whitewater Attainment Cancels

If Whitewater Attainment cancels a course due to unsafe conditions, insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, access restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, participants may choose either:

  • Full refund
    or

  • Transfer to another available date
    or

  • Rain check

Whitewater Attainment modifies or relocates

If Whitewater Attainment modifies or relocates a course and the course still takes place, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Whitewater Attainment is not responsible for reimbursing participants for travel expenses, lodging, equipment rentals, lost wages, or other incidental costs associated with a course cancellation or modification.
